Yes, the Festival is open to all ages. All Festival attendees must have a ticket.
Only service animals are permitted. No other animals will be admitted.
Your confirmation e-mail will include a unique QR code, which must be scanned for entry to the event. You may either present a printed copy of your ticket confirmation with the QR code or display the QR code on your mobile device. Everyone must have a ticket to enter the Festival.
Seating at all Festival events is first-come, first-served. VIP Passes allow guests to be among the first to enter the venue. We encourage VIP Pass holders to arrive approximately one hour before each event’s start time to claim their preferred seats.
No, a VIP Pass ticket does not guarantee a particular seat.
When you arrive to the venue, you will scan your QR code and receive a wristband. The wristband is non-transferrable. Once you have your wristband, you can re-enter the venue at your discretion. Keep your wristband on for the entirety of the event, this will serve as your ticket for the Festival.

All programming is subject to change. All tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All tickets purchased online are issued as e-tickets with unique QR codes that can be scanned only once to receive your wristband at the venue.
